Situated at the end of a country lane, far from the madding crowd, it is surrounded by gardens and farmers fields.
The cottage benefits from air conditioning throughout, a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, internet access, UK TV channels, a DVD player, a Bluetooth speaker and a large selection of books and games.
Situated in the heart of the Cocagne region, in the centre of a triangle formed by Toulouse, Carcassonne and Albi, the local market town of Lavaur is a 10 min drive away and has everything you need to supplement your holiday. The cottage has a wood burning fire and is electrically heated for the cooler months.

Enter the cottage via the spacious lobby (with its antique games cupboard and downstairs loo), turn left into the cosy lounge or straight on for the fully fitted kitchen.
Up the rather gorgeous staircase to the bedrooms, which comprise a large master double, with en-suite. Plus a double and a twin. And a family bathroom.
Just through the double doors from the kitchen is a large and sunny terrace. And round the side is the swimming pool. Both of which overlook the garden and further over undulating fields into the mountains on the horizon.
